
Refund Policy
All eBooks, online courses, software, and other digitally delivered products are non-refundable once they have been accessed, downloaded, activated, or redeemed.

If your digital product has not been accessed, downloaded, activated, or redeemed, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. To do so, please email info@oldfieldpublishers.com with your course or product title and the email address used at the time of purchase.

Approved refunds will be processed minus any applicable credit card processing fees.

How do I purchase my course book?
Go to the Books tab on the website menu at the top of the page . Select the book that your course instructor has listed in their course syllabus or materials section. Create an account using your school issued email address and create a secure password.
Note: Do not register with gmail or facebook.
I registered with the wrong email. How do I update my email address and login?
Please email info@oldfieldpublishers.com and ask our service team to update your email address to your university email address. Please include the email you used to register and the email address you wish to update your account to in the body of the email.

Once your email has been updated, you will need to reset your password to the new email address. You can follow the notes in the guide below.
How do I log back into my book?
There is button called "Log in" below the menu at the top of the homepage. This will allow you to log back into your account and view the book by clicking "My Programs".
I have questions about my course including passcodes to continue through the book, who do I contact?
Contact your instructor directly for any questions about your course. We provide the Ebooks that your instructors will use for the course. The instructor will provide the syllabus, course structure, and grades associated with the course you are taking
I bought the wrong book and I would like to exchange it.
Please email info@oldfieldpublishers.com with the subject line "Exchange Book." In the email please list your university or school, the course you are taking,, the book you bought originally, and the book you would like to purchase in exchange. We will email you back with instructions for the next steps.
